Bogdanovic denies Bechem Technical Director role; eyes Hearts of Oak job

Milisav Bogdanovic has denied reports that he’s taken up the role of Technical Director at his former club Bechem United. Instead, the Montenegrin has set his sights on coaching Accra Hearts of Oak.

The Montenegrin says he is free and interested in a role on the touchlines and not a place in the boardroom.

“I am not Bechem United’s technical direcotor. It will be demeaning. They only told me to assist in player selection and that is what I was doing, and not technical director,” he told Starr FM.

The former Aduana Stars gaffer instead, wants to coach a “big club” like Accra Hearts of Oak.

“I will like to coach Hearts of Oak. Hearts is a big club and I will like to help them,” he said.

“I think Hearts of Oak are better than Bechem United.I know the club very well; I studied them when I was coaching Bechem United and Aduana Stars. So I will be happy if I take over the team as the head coach,” he concluded.

Bogdanovic unceremoniously exited Bechem United for regional rivals Aduana Stars years ago.
