Medeama SC failed to qualify for a Caf Confederation semi-final berth after a 1-0 defeat to Algerian giants MO Bejaia on Tuesday.
A 25-yard strike from Morgan Betrorangal beat Daniel Agyei in post and proved to be the match winner for the Algerians in the 52nd minute.
